7. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may disclose certain personal information to analytics and advertising partners, such as Google Analytics and social advertising or measurement providers, for analytics, attribution, audience measurement, and targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not disclose Customer Content, such as prompts, uploaded reference images, edit instructions, or generated images, to advertising partners for their advertising purposes.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:
8.1 Service Providers and Contractors
We may disclose personal information to vendors and processors that help us operate the Service, such as:
- cloud hosting, storage, database, and infrastructure providers;
- authentication and identity providers;
- payment processors;
- AI and content-processing providers;
- customer support, security, and anti-fraud vendors;
- analytics and measurement providers; and
- advertising, attribution, and marketing partners.
8.2 AI Providers
We use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to help generate follow-up questions, optimize prompts, and generate or edit images. This may require us to send prompts, follow-up answers, edit instructions, uploaded reference images, and related metadata to those providers so they can process requests on our behalf.
We configure AI provider services in a way intended to support service delivery and security rather than general model training. For example, OpenAI's API and business documentation states that API customer content is not used to train OpenAI models by default. However, AI providers may still retain limited content and metadata for security, abuse monitoring, safety review, CSAM detection, legal compliance, or operational reasons under their own terms and policies.
8.3 Payment Processors
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. We may receive limited payment and transaction metadata from them, but not full payment card numbers from their hosted or embedded checkout flow.
8.4 Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may disclose certain identifiers, device/browser information, activity data, and conversion information to analytics and advertising partners for analytics, attribution, and targeted advertising.

We may disclose personal information when we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or legal process;
- enforce our Terms or other policies;
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- protect the rights, safety, or property of Imagery, our users, or others; or
- respond to IP, privacy, safety, or other legal complaints.
8.6 Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer personal information as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, reorganization, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction. Any successor may use the personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy and any additional notices or choices required by law.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with law.
Retention periods vary by category:
Reference uploads:uploaded reference images and similar temporary upload assets are generally retained for about 1 day before deletion, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.Planner and debug session data:short-lived session and workflow debug data is generally retained for a short period, typically about 2 hours, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.Saved library assets:generated images and saved library assets are retained until you delete them or delete your account, subject to limited backup retention and legal obligations.Account data:we generally retain account and profile information while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.Billing and transaction records:we retain billing, credit, fraud, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.Support and enforcement records:we retain support, abuse, takedown, and enforcement records for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the issue, enforce our rights, and comply with law.
Deletion from live systems may not immediately remove data from backups or archival systems, but we will handle retained backup copies in accordance with our retention and security practices.
